Great location, adjacent to Museumplein tram and bus stop making it within easy reach of the city center and onward transport: Trams 2 & 12 for Central Station and Bus 397 for Schiphol Airport stop a few meters away. In a quiet side street directly across from the main museums such as the Van Gogh. Reception staff were friendly and gave helpful advice. My single room on the top (4th) floor was small but the bed was very comfy. The walk-in shower was great. Coffee and tea were available using a pod coffee machine, with extra pods available from Reception on request. The self-service breakfast had good choices and the staff were efficient and friendly. Seemed to attract a mix of people: families with children, couples, and singles of all ages. I would stay here again.

hotel was great! our room was spacious for triple occupancy, full length windows with plenty of light, staff were very friendly and helpful location was great - exactly as we imagined in the museum quarter so quiet enough at night, easy to access trams or pleasant to walk to any of our destinations, breakfast in hotel was straightforward but lots of lovely options for breakfast just around the corner e.g. 'Blushings' or 'Small Talk' beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and great to get fresh towels and the room serviced every day

The location is perfect for art lovers, & has easy walking access to the more edgy parts of Amsterdam & the De Pijp area. I was traveling on a budget, & found the standard twin room more than adequate, & comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a large selection & the staff was very conscientious about providing alternatives for my dietary anomalies :-/ The staff in general were exceptionally nice & friendly.

Location is excellent for museums and canal cruises...minutes walk away Large grocery store nearby #2 tram from Centraal train station drops you off a 15 second walk to hotel Buffet breakfast looked great...but pricey at 15 euro Away from central core but easily walked to Dam square in 20 min Amsterdams version of Rodeo Drive is 15 second walk away...if you can afford it...haha

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our shower was massive and we had a ground floor room with a little enclosed garden. I thought we would hear a lot of noise as we were right next to the stairs, the lift and the late night entrance but it was really quiet considering. Location was absolutely perfect too!!
